Policies & Guest Information

We hope you have a wonderful stay. These condensed Resort Rules & Regulations are for the benefit of all Resort guest’s. It is the guest’s responsibility to read and abide by all rules, as established. A copy of the complete Rules & Regulations will be provided at check-in.

NO REFUNDS OR DISCOUNTS APPLIED AFTER CHECK-IN OR EARLY DEPARTURES

• Office Hours: Monday – Friday 9 AM – 4 PM; Saturday 11 AM – 1 PM; Sunday Closed.
• Check Out Time: 11:00 AM. If you wish to extend your stay or need a late checkout, please talk with the office staff no later than 10:00 AM. Check-in for RV is Noon, and cottages 3:30 PM.
• Activity Room/Fitness Room: 7 AM – 9 PM.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (Please make sure that even during non-quiet hours you respect everyone else around you and avoid excessive/offensive noise volumes).
• Speed Limit: 10 mph. This includes E-bikes & scooters. If you fail to observe the speed limit, you may be asked to leave.
• Conduct: Residents will be held responsible for the conduct of everyone in their party. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at all times. Do not leave your children alone when you leave your unit or the park.
• Parking: Most sites accommodate two vehicles. DO NOT PARK ON PATIO, in the landscaping, or in a vacant site. If you park in a vacant site, you may be towed at the owner’s expense.
• Pool Area: Open 7 AM – 9 PM. For the safety of our guests, the pool area is locked from 9 PM – 7 AM. Please follow the rules posted on the entrance gate & in the pool area. The pool is for guests only. Keep the pool area gate closed and locked at all times. No children under 16 in the hot tub, as per Nye County law. An adult must be present with children under 18. Children who are not potty trained MUST wear a swim diaper in the pool. No diving or horseplay is allowed. THE POOL & ALL AMENITIES ARE FOR REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY.
• Trash: Dumpsters located between the exit gate and shop on the right-hand side.
• Utility Use: Please use 50 or 30 AMP, NOT BOTH. Using both could cause an electrical fire in your RV and/or on our pedestal, especially in the hotter months.
• Electricity: $0.15 per KWH for monthly stays.
• Late Fee: On monthly stays, a late fee of $60 will be applied after 5 days.
• Rent Collection: All rents for daily stays are collected no later than check-in.
• No Smoking: No smoking in common areas, cottages, or casitas.
• Unregistered Guests: Unregistered guests in the cottages or casitas for overnight stay are prohibited.
• Occupancy Limits: Cottages allow up to 4 people. Casitas allow up to 6 people.
• Security Deposit: Cottages & Casitas require a $500 security deposit to be paid at check-in. The security deposit will be returned once the cottage is checked for no damage.
• Cleaning Fee: There is a non-refundable $100 cleaning fee for cottages and casitas for stays of a month or longer.
• Routine Maintenance: Routine maintenance services may be done to Cottages and Casitas for monthly stays, such as air filter replacement, fire alarm checks, etc.
• Linens and Towels: Fresh linens, towels, etc. are available in the front office for stays shorter than a month. A $100 per month linen exchange service is available for monthly stays.
• Supplies: Wine Ridge does not supply additional paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee, etc.
• RV Sites: All RV sites must be neat and clean. Clotheslines are prohibited.
• Firearms: Firearms must be kept in a safe and secure place in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Gate Code: Do not share the gate code with anyone. All guests and vendors must come into the office for entrance into the resort.
• Payment Authorization: Guests authorize Wine Ridge RV Resort to charge the credit card on file on the payment date of each month for all charges, including utilities unless other payment methods are agreed upon.
• Pets: Keep pets on a leash no longer than 6 feet. Do not leave pets unattended outside of RV. Pets are not allowed in the pool/commons area. Pet owners are responsible for their pet’s actions. Do not tie pets to any fixed object (including electric posts and water risers). Pets must have current shots and tags. Pet owners are responsible for pets left unattended in RV (Note: This is a danger to pets during hot weather or monsoon season when we might experience power outages. Ask staff for boarding locations). No child aged 15 or younger is allowed to walk pets. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
• Regulations: Violation of city, county, or state law or ordinance must be followed. Park regulations apply equally to all guests.

This is private property. Park Regulations apply equally to all guests. Any infringements may result in termination of your occupancy without a refund. Management reserves the right to have rule violators or person/animals whose actions are detrimental to the health, safety, or welfare of others evicted without refund. Wine Ridge owners and employees are not responsible for loss due to fires, accidents, thefts, or causes beyond their control. This is not a complete list of all rules and regulations, if you have any questions, please talk to office staff. Management reserves the right to make any changes or supplement these rules and regulations as may be necessary and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
